Activity
Doorbell presses and motion from your Ring doors land here and repeat until someone in your household acknowledges. A test alert goes through the real pipeline: it reaches every signed-in household device and repeats like a real one until acknowledged.
No rings yet
When someone presses your doorbell, it shows up here — with a snapshot and who answered. Alerts are kept for 7 days.

Doors
Your Ring doorbells and cameras. Choose which ones alert your household, and how each one feels — a different vibration per door, so you know who is ringing without looking.
Only the household owner can change door settings.
No doorbells found
Your Ring account is linked, but no doorbells or cameras have reached FlashBell yet. Add one in the Ring app, then come back and refresh.
Names come from your Ring app. Rename a door there, then choose Refresh devices.
Household
Members get every alert and can acknowledge for the whole house. They sign in with their own email — no Ring account needed. A household can have up to 10 members.
Nobody else has joined yet. Invite the people in your home so alerts reach every phone, not just yours.
They join by opening the link in that email. Ask them to check spam too.
Lights
Connect Philips Hue and your lamps flash with every alert — then go back to exactly how they were.

Subscriptions are started, managed, and cancelled by Ring: open the Ring app and go to Ring My Apps. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Delete account & all data
This removes your household, alert history, snapshots, door settings, members and the Ring link we hold — for everyone in it. Your Ring account is not touched. This can't be undone.
If you have a subscription, cancel it in Ring My Apps — deleting here does not cancel it.
